Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based virtual therapy sessions focusing on CBT or related modalities.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation via our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
- Manage a sustainable caseload (averaging 22-25 sessions per week) while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
- Participate in collaborative peer consultation and contribute to a supportive, professional clinic culture.
Job Requirements

Full clinical licensure (LCSW) in good standing in Utah. Must be eligible for 1099 contractor status.
